get_finance_ledger_verify
Calls GET /api/finance/ledger/verify as the signed-in person · REST reference
Verify the ledger journal's hash chain and latest checkpoint (platform staff)
Walks the append-only ledger journal from its first entry, recomputing every hash, and names the first entry that does not follow from the one before it. Also compares the latest checkpoint written to the Object Lock archive with the journal entry at the checkpoint's seq. Reads only.
