get_support
Calls GET /api/support as the signed-in person · REST reference
List support cases
Platform-staff only (platformRead). Backed by Query.supportCases via sdk.listSupportCases. A failure on any support route is answered by what it is, never with upstream text: the DAL's refusal by its code (NOT_FOUND 404 and BAD_USER_INPUT 400 carry the DAL's sentence; a value the DAL cannot read is 400 with the generic message), 503 when the DAL cannot be reached, 500 otherwise.

Example call
A client sends this over the MCP session; Claude and other agents build it for you. The values are placeholders — the shape is real.
